Is gift wrapping available?                             

  • Yes!  Gift wrapping is available FREE on all of our products.  We are known for our gift wrapping  and you can rest assured that your packages will arrive beautifully decorated, no matter what the occasion.  Refer to "Notes" in the checkout phase and let us know which package or packages you need gift wrapped or simply email us with your separate shipping and gift wrapping requirements.

What about shipping options?

  • Marshberry Buds ships standard UPS Ground 5-7 day delivery, except from Florida which is a  1-2 day delivery.
  • We offer Next Day Air for an additional fee of $15.00 ( call or email us)
  • Delivery charges are based on dollar amount spent.  We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $75.00!
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We ship from Sarasota, Florida.

What methods of payment to you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa through Paypal Services and Checks, Money orders also.  We have an alternative merchant credit card service other than Paypal if this does not suit your needs.  Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.

How do I place an order?

What other services do you provide?

  • We love to accommodate our customers.  We'll back your framed transparencies with paper.  Will print matching business cards for a nominal fee.  Anything on our website can be purchased separately.
  • Try us! We guarantee your satisfaction.

What is your product guarantee? 

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items within 30 days of shipment  and we will promptly refund your money.  (We cannot refund shipping charges.)

What about Gift Certificates?

  • If you can't decide on the perfect gift, a gift certificate can be sent instead in any increment of $5.00. Email us for more information.  julielee@marshberrybuds.com

What about special ordering?

  • We do our best to keep items in stock, but you'll see after browsing our catalog that we like to give you lots of options on colors and scents, etc.  If you have requested an item or color that is not in stock, delivery can take up to 8 weeks and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  We will always call you if an item takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive, giving you the option of canceling your order.
